Andrew Macris
Planning, Project Management, Creative Direction, Design & Copywriting | President & Chief Creative Officer
Andrew K. Macris is a rarity among creative professionals. He’s as quick with a pithy line or a logo as he is with a strategic plan.
For 15 years, Andrew has held creative leadership positions with leading advertising, web marketing and direct marketing agencies. He’s written, designed and managed hundreds of successful branding initiatives, ad campaigns, direct marketing programs, Web sites, banners, e-mail programs and much more.
He’s a firm believer in measurable marketing, knowing that every dollar of investment must pay for itself, and then some.
Andrew carries a wide and diverse client experience including top national brands such as Citibank, American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, ServiceMaster, KinderCare, Storage USA, and many other top public and private companies, non-profits and governmental organizations.
Andrew holds a marketing degree with a minor in motivational psychology from the University of Tennessee. In addition, he holds an MBA in international business and finance. He is active in the community and a member of the San Marco Jacksonville chapter of Rotary.

Pamela Geller
Strategy, Planning & Analysis | Consultant
Pam Geller, President of PLG Consulting, Inc, is a direct marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the creation of response-generating direct marketing. She has expertise working with a variety of direct media, including direct mail, in/outbound telemarketing, DRTV, email marketing, banner advertising, sponsorships, trade show, and promotion and sweepstakes contest management. A constant creator of marketing campaigns and sales strategies, Pam Geller is a full-time direct marketing consultant who assists in the creation and development of direct marketing strategies, strategic planning and program implementation.
Pam has worked with many small to mid-sized companies that tap her mind for new marketing clout and growth. She has also consulted for companies like Federal Express, International Paper, First Horizon, Grainger, Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, TruGreen Chemlawn and many more. Typically, she advises on database marketing... establishes test and roll-out pricing... analyzes previous campaigns... recommends new marketing strategies... and evaluates current campaigns.
Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Pam was the Director of Strategic Services for Conversant Marketing. At Conversant, Pam was instrumental in developing and overseeing the implementation of all direct marketing initiatives including modeling/analysis, direct mail, outbound telemarketing, email, banner advertising, sweepstakes and contests, direct response media, coupons/rebates, and customer care initiatives.


Tom Smith
List Development, Planning & Analysis | Consultant
Tom Smith, Managing Member of Prime Target Direct LLC, is a DTC promotions consulting professional with over 15 years marketing services experience. During his career he has consulted with industry leading companies such as LensCrafters, Darden Restaurant Group (Red Lobster & Olive Garden), Bob Evans Restaurants, The Scotts Company and Procter & Gamble.
Tom delivers a diverse background which includes network television & radio advertising, quantitative marketing research and new product development consulting, direct to consumer promotions (both email and postal), list brokerage and list research services, database development and general marketing consulting.
Prior to starting his own list brokerage and direct to consumer consulting firm, Tom held Senior level roles for industry giants Westwood One Radio Networks (Shadow/Metro Networks Divisions) and ADVO/Valassis Communications.
Tom brings a wealth of direct marketing experience to the team. While at ADVO/Valassis, Tom spearheaded their national consumer package goods team while assisting Procter and Gamble in the launch of brandSAVER and numerous brand and shopper marketing direct initiatives. Additionally, Tom has list procurement and co-registration consulting experience with Procter and Gamble’s direct marketing and database marketing teams.

Caroline Busker
Senior Art Director and Production | Consultant
Caroline has been developing corporate and retail design, advertising and direct mail for an international and Fortune 500 list of clients including Citigroup, AT&T, Bauch & Lomb, BAC International Bank, Cincinnati Children's Hospital, REVO, Burger King, Couples International Resorts and Fidelity Investments. Her work has been published in PRINT magazine and Communication Arts, and she has received honors in regional design shows and the American Institute of Graphic Artists. In all, Caroline has over 16 years experience in the professional design field, much of it in direct-to-customer communications.
Active in the local community, Caroline is a Junior League of Jacksonville Board member, Girls, Inc. and American Cancer Society prior board member, and volunteers for The Women’s Board of Wolfson Children’s Hospital, The Cummer Museum Council, and the Jacksonville Zoo.

Robby Cucullu
Database Services | Consultant
As Chief Operating Officer and co-founder for Data Intelligence Group, Robby and his team provide much of the data management services of Macris Direct. Both he and Karen Richards have worked extensively with Macris Direct Founder Andrew Macris.
Most recently, Robby worked five years with Altair Data Resources as Manager of Database Development. His responsibilities included managing data processing, special projects, and product development. Further, he designed, created and maintained the #1 mortgage and consumer databases in the industry. In all, Robby holds 10 years of direct marketing list services experience with heavy emphasis on data integration, merge/purge and quality.

Karen Richards
Strategy and Database Services | Consultant
As CEO and co-founder of Data Intelligence Group, Karen and her team provide much of the data management services of Macris Direct. She has a long and diverse experience in direct-to-customer communications, most recently serving 12 years with Alcott Routon as Director of Project Implementation. There, she oversaw project services and supervised a team of project and production managers who drove print, personalization and lettershop production management, postal relations, production partner screening, selection and relationship management, as well as pricing and contracting.
Overall, Karen has 17 years of direct marketing experience with heavy emphasis on quality and data. Her prior management roles included director of client services and director of operations and quality.
